I think it's worth bragging about Jesse a little bit. I was "2 weeks late" to hop on the insane real estate market here and found myself trying to sell my place in a market which was frozen in fear: almost nothing was moving any more. And people who saw the house early in the cycle were exceedingly critical of it. "Pick, pick, pick". Jesse came up with a custom solution for me which turned that on its head. And when the ensuing deal fell through (domino effect affecting my buyer), he did it again. All told, with those 2 open houses, he showed almost 130 groups through my place, and I wound up with 26 offers. Apparently, my place was the most popular real estate listing in the city those weekends. And imitation being the most sincere type of flattery, other agents have tried duplicating what he did.

Anyone living in BC's Lower Mainland who needs a realtor, ought to give Jesse a call!

Let me add that Jesse didn't stop being an overall great guy when his commission cheque cashed. He helped me clean up a mess I inadvertently created with stuff that didn't make it onto the moving truck. And we still stay in touch, even though I'm completely gone now from my old house.

Jesse fantastic when it came to selling our house we had been in for 18 years and had 40 years’ worth of stuff accumulated. He was very sensitive and understood the attachment to things. He brought in a stager (Julie) she was great to work with. Jesse jumped right to in to help. The builder hadn’t put a grate over the window well and we searched for one with no luck. Jesse measured that night then went home, the next day he came back and had built one to fit. That’s going above and beyond!! He also brought a chainsaw and helped clear the trees & bushes in the front garden. I bet your realtor never did that, amazing !!

To start off Jesse was the first realtor my wife and I have ever used. Somehow we picked a good one. I’m not even quite sure how I came across Jesse but somethings are meant to be I guess.
